Export propeller pump file

How to export a propeller pump modeled with Heliciel, to the Mecaflux Pro3D software...

Axial flow pumps, such as propeller pumps, are suitable for producing high flow rates. The fans of machine chip suction systems, air extraction systems, circulators, axial pumps, jet skis, etc. are of the axial propeller pump type.

Heliciel allows the design of this type of pump by providing the performance, the optimum twist and the 3D igs file of the blade shapes ready to be inserted into mechanical design software.

The operating point of an aeraulic or hydraulic fluid system is resolved by intersection of the pressure loss curve as a function of the flow rate, and the pump pressure curve as a function of the flow rate. The characteristics of a pump are therefore edited in the form of a pressure curve (pressure delta between upstream and downstream of the pump)

The Mecaflux Pro3D software uses the data from these curves to resolve the operating point of a fluid network.

The "export to pro3D" tool allows you to export the propeller (propeller pump or fan type with fairing option checked), in Mecaflux Pro3D pump format, to find the operating point of a network connected to the pump.
