Terms of sale of the 3D models
3D propeller file shop of heliciel.com — version of 30 October 2026. The French version prevails.
1. Seller and purpose
The files are sold by the company JF IGLESIAS (Mecaflux and Heliciel brands), 69 chemin de la seviaz, 74370 Naves, France — SIRET 352 472 781 00033 — contact@mecaflux.com.
These terms apply to every order placed on the heliciel.com 3D model shop. The buyer accepts them by ticking the box provided before payment.
2. Products
The products are digital files: 3D propeller models (STL, STEP), Heliciel software projects (.hlc) and data sheets, as listed on each model's product sheet. No physical object is shipped.
The characteristics and performance shown are computed by the Heliciel software (blade element momentum theory) at the stated operating point. They are calculation results: actual performance depends in particular on the material, the printing or machining quality, the balancing and the operating conditions.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros, all taxes included: French VAT at 20 % included for every buyer whatever their country, with no exemption. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
4. Order
No account is needed: the buyer gives an email address and a country and, if they wish, a name and company details for the invoice. The order is binding once the payment is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card on our bank's secure Systempay platform, or with PayPal. We never see your card numbers. Payment by cheque or bank transfer is possible on request at contact@mecaflux.com; the files are then sent once the payment is received.
6. Delivery
The files are delivered by download as soon as the payment is confirmed: on the confirmation page, and through a personal link sent by email. The link is valid for 7 days and allows 5 downloads. Beyond that, or if anything goes wrong, write to us quoting your order number.
7. Right of withdrawal
The files are digital content supplied without a physical medium. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, a buyer who requests immediate delivery and expressly waives the right of withdrawal, by ticking the box provided before payment, can no longer exercise that right once delivery has started.
A defective file (unreadable archive, file missing compared with the product sheet) is replaced or refunded: write to us quoting your order number.
8. Licence
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the files. The buyer may print, machine or modify the models for their own use.
Without written consent, it is forbidden to resell, distribute or share the files, original or modified, or to sell parts made from them. For commercial use, contact us. The company JF IGLESIAS keeps all intellectual property rights on the models.
9. Safety and liability
A rotating propeller is dangerous. Before any use, the buyer checks the manufactured part (material, defects, balancing) and tests it at reduced speed, away from people. The choice of material, manufacturing process and operating conditions is the buyer's responsibility.
These models must never be fitted to a manned aircraft.
Within the limits set by law, the seller is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the manufacture or use of parts made from the files.
10. Personal data
The buyer's email address, name, country and, where applicable, company are used to process the order, send the files and issue the invoice. They are neither sold nor transferred. Payment data is handled by Systempay or PayPal, never by us. To access, correct or delete your data (except where invoices must legally be kept), write to contact@mecaflux.com.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, please write to us first: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, and subject to the rules protecting consumers, the competent courts are those of the company's registered office.
